Produced in Jalisco from 100% Blue Weber agave, this añejo is distilled in small batches and aged in a mix of American, French, and Hungarian oak barrels for over a year. The barrel aging adds layers of caramel, baking spice, and light cocoa while still allowing the agave character to show through. Medium to full-bodied with a polished texture, it finishes long, mellow, and gently oak-driven.
