From Veneto, this Corvina-based blend is made using a double fermentation method inspired by Amarone, giving it added depth and texture. Ripe red and dark fruit—cherry, plum, and blackcurrant—layer with cocoa, vanilla, and baking spice, carried through a medium to full-bodied palate with soft tannins and a smooth, velvety finish—richer than Valpolicella, but more approachable than Amarone.
