Dark cherry, blackberry, and spice with a firm, structured finish.
From Burgundy, this Pinot Noir is sourced from old vines across key lieux-dits in Nuits-Saint-Georges, rooted in limestone and clay soils. The style leans more structured and powerful than neighboring Vosne-Romanée, with layers of black fruit, earth, and subtle oak carried by firm tannins and vibrant acidity. Fermented with native yeasts and aged in barrel (roughly one-third new oak), it shows depth without losing precision. Long and serious on the finish, it’s a classic expression of the appellation—built more for structure than immediate plushness.
