Produced on the slopes of Mount Etna from a field blend led by Nerello Mascalese with other native varieties, Susucaru Rosso captures Frank Cornelissen’s raw, energetic approach to Sicilian wine. Native fermentation and minimal intervention preserve vivid red fruit, floral notes, and smoky volcanic minerality without weighing the wine down. Light to medium-bodied with lively acidity and fine tannins, it finishes fresh, savory, and unmistakably Etna in character.
