Crafted in South Norwalk, this rye-based spirit is made from a mash bill of roughly 75% rye, 15% corn, and 10% milled hemp seed, which softens the traditional rye bite and adds texture. Notes of cracked pepper, cinnamon-honey, marzipan, and dried fruit carry through a medium to full-bodied palate. Distinctive and layered, it finishes smooth, lightly spiced, and unlike a traditional rye—built for sipping or conversation.
