Crafted in South Norwalk, this bourbon is aged and exposed to the elements aboard working boats on the Long Island Sound, drawing on pre-prohibition traditions of whiskey aged on moving water. The constant motion, temperature swings, and sea air help shape a fuller, more textured profile. Notes of cherry, caramel, spice, and oak carry through a medium to full-bodied palate, finishing warm, layered, and distinctly coastal in character.
