Cooked agave, citrus zest, and fresh herbs with a smooth, vegetal finish.
Produced in the Highlands of Jalisco from 100% blue Weber agave, this additive-free tequila is traditionally cooked, naturally fermented, and rested about 6–8 months in used American oak barrels to soften without masking the agave. The style is distinctly agave-driven—bright, herbaceous, and lightly spiced with notes of pepper, citrus, and subtle caramel—retaining a crisp, almost blanco-like character despite aging. Medium-bodied with a clean, rounded texture, it finishes dry, fresh, and quietly complex, built for sipping with clarity rather than heavy oak influence.
