Caramel, banana, and toasted oak with a rich, spice-laced finish.
Produced in Lynchburg, Tennessee, this age-stated release is charcoal mellowed through sugar maple (the Lincoln County Process) and aged for a full decade in new charred American oak barrels, with barrels rotated through different warehouse levels to build complexity. The profile is deeper and more structured than Old No. 7—ripe fruit, dark caramel, and vanilla layered with cinnamon, cocoa, and oak. Medium to full-bodied with a smooth, concentrated texture, it finishes long, warm, and richly developed, built for sipping.
