White Burgundy with pear, citrus, and a rich, mineral-driven finish.
From Mercurey in the Côte Chalonnaise, this Chardonnay comes from the estate’s monopole vineyard “Clos Rochette,” known for its stony, limestone-rich soils. Ripe orchard fruit—pear and apple—layers with citrus, white flowers, and subtle pastry notes, carried through a medium to full-bodied palate with fresh acidity and a chalky, saline edge. It balances round texture with underlying tension, delivering a more structured, serious style of white Burgundy.
