Red cherry, redcurrant, and white pepper with a structured, mineral-driven finish.
From Marsannay in Burgundy, this single-vineyard Pinot Noir comes from one of the appellation’s top sites, sitting on limestone-rich soils with old vines that naturally limit yields. Fermented with partial whole cluster and aged in oak, it shows lifted aromatics of red fruit, floral notes, and spice layered over a medium-bodied palate with fine tannins and bright acidity. Elegant yet structured, it finishes long, slightly savory, and built to evolve with time.
