Dried cherry, blood orange, and iron with a structured, mineral-driven finish.
From a single vineyard in Castelnuovo dell’Abate (southeastern Montalcino), this 100% Sangiovese is grown on iron-rich galestro soils and aged roughly 30 months in large Slavonian oak, followed by bottle aging before release. The profile is powerful yet precise—layering red berry fruit, floral notes, and savory elements like tobacco, earth, and crushed stone, with a distinctive mineral edge tied to the site. Full-bodied with firm, refined tannins and vibrant acidity, it finishes long, complex, and built for aging, a benchmark Brunello with both depth and structure.
