Bosc pear, citrus, and white flowers with crushed stone and a long, mineral finish.
Produced from 100% Melon de Bourgogne from century-old vines at the confluence of the Sèvre and Maine rivers, this is a particularly serious expression of Muscadet. Three years of aging on the lees adds depth and texture while preserving the wine’s freshness, layering pear, citrus, quince, and subtle floral notes over a firm mineral backbone. Crisp yet surprisingly substantial, it finishes dry, persistent, and beautifully suited to oysters, shellfish, and richer fish dishes.
