Produced in Normandy from cider apples that are fermented, distilled, and aged a minimum of four years in oak, this VSOP Calvados shows depth and polish. The palate opens with stewed apple and pear, layered with vanilla, cinnamon, and light caramel from barrel aging. Medium-bodied with a supple texture and integrated alcohol, it carries gentle tannin and spice through a smooth, lingering finish.
