Crafted in California from 100% American malted barley, this small-batch single malt is distilled in copper pot stills and aged in a mix of new American oak, used bourbon barrels, and French oak, with a portion of heavily roasted and peated malts in the mash. The profile is rich and layered—espresso, cocoa, and dark fruit alongside vanilla, spice, and a touch of smoke. Medium to full-bodied with a dense, textured palate, it finishes long, warming, and deeply expressive, a distinctive take on American single malt.
