From the Highlands of Scotland, this single malt is aged in traditional oak before finishing in first-fill Oloroso sherry butts, giving it depth and a distinctly sherried profile. The palate layers honey, baked apple, and toffee with notes of cocoa, spice, and citrus, supported by a full, rounded texture. Medium to full-bodied, it finishes long, slightly dry, and complex, with lingering fruit, chocolate, and oak.
