Produced in Alsace, this traditional eau-de-vie is distilled from fermented cherries—including the pits—to capture both fruit and kernel character. Unlike sweet cherry liqueurs, kirsch is completely dry, delivering pure cherry aromatics with a faint marzipan note from the stones. Light to medium-bodied and unaged, it stays clear and focused, finishing clean, lifted, and quietly intense—classically served chilled or used in traditional dishes like fondue.
