Produced in Japan using Nikka’s Coffey stills, this gin is built on a base spirit distilled from corn and malted barley, then infused with a mix of traditional botanicals and Japanese citrus like yuzu, kabosu, and amanatsu. The profile is precise and aromatic—layering fresh citrus, orchard fruit, and light spice over a clean juniper core. Medium-bodied with a silky texture, it finishes crisp, refined, and distinctly Japanese in character, ideal for elevated highballs or martinis.
