Produced in the Highlands of Jalisco from 100% blue Weber agave, this small-batch, additive-free tequila is aged 18–22 months in American oak barrels (often ex-whiskey), allowing deeper integration of wood and agave character. The profile is layered and slightly bourbon-leaning—ripe fruit, cocoa, and spice over a core of cooked agave, supported by a smooth, rounded texture. Medium to full-bodied, it finishes long, warm, and refined, built primarily for sipping.
