Produced in Tuscany from 100% Sangiovese Grosso, this wine reflects the Biondi-Santi family’s more modern expression of the grape while maintaining classic Tuscan structure. Fermented in stainless steel and aged in oak, it layers ripe red and black fruit with notes of dried herbs, tobacco, and spice. Medium to full-bodied with firm tannins and vibrant acidity, it finishes savory, polished, and distinctly Sangiovese-driven.
