Produced from 100% Sauvignon Blanc in Pouilly-Fumé, Calcite takes its name from the limestone-rich soils that shape the wine’s taut, mineral character. Bright citrus and orchard fruit are layered with white flowers, subtle herbs, and the smoky, stony character associated with the appellation. Lean and precise with vibrant acidity, it finishes dry, chalky, and distinctly Loire.
