Produced by Roccafiore in the hills near Todi, Umbria, Fiordaliso is a fresh, aromatic white made from the indigenous Grechetto grape. Bright orchard fruit and lemon zest mingle with delicate floral notes, subtle Mediterranean herbs, and a characteristic hint of almond. Light to medium-bodied with lively acidity and a clean, textured palate, it finishes dry, elegant, and distinctly Umbrian.
