Crafted in Austria from hand-harvested fruit of the Alpine stone pine, Zirbenz captures the distinctive aromatics of the mountain forests. The pine cones are macerated to extract their deep red color and intensely resinous character, creating layers of evergreen, cedar, citrus, and earthy spice. Rich and aromatic with a pleasantly bitter edge, it finishes long and distinctly alpine—excellent in a Negroni, with tonic, or sipped over ice.
