Produced in Valpolicella Classica from Corvina, Rondinella, Oseleta, and Croatina, the grapes are dried for several months before fermentation to concentrate flavor and structure. Extended oak aging and more than a decade of bottle development have brought added complexity, layering dried fruit with dark chocolate, tobacco, leather, and warm spice. Full-bodied and mature with polished tannins and balancing freshness, it finishes rich, savory, and persistent.
