Distilled on Islay with 22 hand-foraged local botanicals alongside classic gin botanicals, this limited expression is rested in oak casks to add depth and texture to The Botanist’s floral, herbaceous style. The palate layers citrus peel, juniper, and wild herbs with subtle vanilla, spice, and maritime character from the cask influence. Medium-bodied with a rounded texture, it finishes dry, aromatic, and distinctly Islay in character.
