Black raspberry, violet, and crushed granite with a fresh, vibrant finish.
Produced in Beaujolais from 100% Gamay, this wine reflects Anthony Thévenet’s low-intervention approach, highlighting purity, energy, and site expression. Fermented with native yeasts and handled gently in the cellar, it layers juicy red and black berry fruit with floral notes, subtle spice, and stony minerality. Medium-bodied with silky tannins and lively acidity, it finishes bright, savory, and distinctly Beaujolais in character.
