Produced at Japan’s historic Yamazaki Distillery, this single malt is matured in a combination of American oak, sherry, and Japanese Mizunara oak casks, creating a layered and distinctly Japanese profile. The palate combines ripe orchard fruit, vanilla, and delicate floral notes with hints of coconut, cinnamon, and sandalwood from the Mizunara influence. Medium-bodied with a silky texture and remarkable balance, it finishes long, refined, and beautifully aromatic.
