Produced in San Luis del Río, Oaxaca, this artisanal mezcal is made from 100% Espadín agave, pit-roasted, naturally fermented, and double-distilled in copper stills. The profile is expressive yet approachable—layering cooked agave sweetness, orange zest, and gentle smoke with notes of ginger, cinnamon, and earth. Medium-bodied with a soft, rounded texture, it finishes smoky, spicy, and clean, making it equally effective for cocktails or as an entry point into traditional mezcal.
