Produced in Jalisco from 100% blue Weber agave, this añejo is aged in California red wine barrels, giving it a distinctive rosé tint and subtle berry character. The profile balances roasted agave with notes of vanilla, toffee, and light spice, layered with hints of strawberry and dried fruit from the wine cask influence. Medium to full-bodied with a rounded, silky texture, it finishes long, warm, and slightly sweet, built for sipping.
