Lemon pith, stone fruit, and saline minerality with a clean, structured finish.
From the Langhe in Piedmont, this is made from Rossese Bianco, a rare indigenous grape that was nearly extinct and preserved by the Manzone family. The wine is fermented to highlight purity and tension, showing citrus, orchard fruit, and a distinct mineral edge with subtle herbal notes. Medium-bodied with firm acidity, it finishes dry, textured, and quietly complex—more about structure and minerality than fruit weight.
