Fermented and aged on lees without filtration, it shows layered orchard fruit, floral lift, and subtle pastry notes, supported by fine mousse and bright acidity. Medium-bodied with both richness and tension, it finishes long, precise, and quietly complex—very much a sommelier Champagne with real depth.
