Pear, citrus oil, and brioche with a creamy, mineral-driven finish.
From the Vallée de la Marne, this grower Champagne is built primarily on Pinot Meunier, blended with Chardonnay and Pinot Noir and anchored by a perpetual reserve dating back to 1998. Fermented and aged on lees without filtration, it shows layered orchard fruit, floral lift, and subtle pastry notes, supported by fine mousse and bright acidity. Medium-bodied with both richness and tension, it finishes long, precise, and quietly complex—very much a sommelier Champagne with real depth.
