Produced in Jalisco from 100% blue Weber agave, this añejo is double distilled and aged approximately 16 months in American white oak barrels, allowing deeper integration of wood and agave character. The profile layers cooked agave with toffee, brown sugar, and subtle spice, supported by a rounded, polished texture. Medium to full-bodied, it finishes long, warm, and structured, leaning more toward sipping than mixing.
