Service Areas
- We currently deliver to select ZIP codes in Greenwich and surrounding areas.
- At checkout, you will be asked to enter your ZIP code. If your address is outside our service area, delivery will not be available.
Age Verification (Required by Law)
- Alcohol may only be received by individuals 21 years of age or older.
- A valid government-issued photo ID must be presented at delivery.
- Orders cannot be left unattended. If no eligible recipient is available, the order will be returned to the store and a re-delivery fee may apply.
Processing Time
- Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

- Delivery timelines depend on your ZIP code and will be displayed at checkout.
- Estimated delivery windows will be provided before completing your order.
Returns & Refunds
Alcohol Sales (CT Law)
By Connecticut law, all alcohol sales are final. We cannot accept returns or exchanges for products that were opened, partially consumed, or simply unwanted.
Exceptions (Permitted by Law)
We may accept a return or exchange only if:
- The product is defective or damaged (e.g., leaking, corked, or broken).
- The wrong product was delivered (e.g., incorrect vintage, size, or SKU).
Return Process
- Contact us at corey@continentalfinewines.com within 7 days of delivery with your order details.
- If approved, we’ll provide instructions for returning the item.
- Once we receive and inspect the product, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection.
Refunds
- Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- Delivery fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.
Exchanges
- Exchanges are permitted only in cases of damaged, defective, or incorrectly fulfilled orders.
