Maker’s Mark Cellar Aged 2025 750ml

This limited-release Kentucky bourbon is a blend of 11-, 13-, and 14-year-old barrels, making it the oldest Maker’s Mark expression to date. It’s bottled at cask strength (~112.9 proof) and finished in a temperature-controlled limestone cellar, which slows aging and builds depth without excessive tannin.

On the palate, it shows fudge, toasted almond, and dark fruit, with a viscous texture and a long finish of butterscotch, orange zest, and spice. Rich, concentrated, and polished, it’s a significant step up from standard Maker’s—both in age and complexity.
